Operation specification for precision hardware processing:

1. When processing products. The operator should keep the correct posture and have enough energy to work perfunctorily. In case of physical discomfort, for personal safety, it is necessary to leave the job immediately and report to the workshop supervisor or higher level leader. During the operation, it is necessary to gather ideas, stop chatting and cooperate with each other. The operator should not operate in the state of irritability and fatigue. For personal safety, prevent accidents and ensure the operation safety. Before entering the operation post, all employees should check whether their clothes meet the operation requirements. Slippers, high-heeled shoes and clothing affecting safety are prohibited. Those with long hair should wear safety helmets.

2. Before mechanical operation, check whether the moving parts are filled with lubricating oil, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and idle the machine for 1-3 minutes. Stop operation when the machine is faulty.

3. When replacing the die, the power supply should be closed first, and the die can be installed and debugged only after the movement Department of the press stops running. After the installation and adjustment, move the flywheel by hand for trial punching twice. In order to prevent unnecessary collision between the machine and the product to be processed, it is necessary to check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are firm, and whether the blank holder is in a reasonable position.

4. It is necessary to wait for other personnel to leave the mechanical operation area and take away the debris on the operation platform before starting the power supply to start the machine.

5. During mechanical operation, do not extend your hand into the slider operation area, and do not take or place the workpiece by hand. It is necessary to use the standard things when taking and placing the workpiece in the die. In case of abnormal sound or failure of the machine, turn off the power switch immediately to check. After the machine is started, one person shall transport materials and operate the machine. Other people shall not press the electric building or step on the foot switch board. For the safety of others, they shall not put their hands into the mechanical operation area or touch the moving parts of the machine with their hands.
